Former pupil, Flo Smith, had a celebration fit for Royalty as she marked her 108th birthday on April 21.
Flo, who is from the Class of 1927, shares her birthday with Queen Elizabeth and is the School's oldest former pupil.
Once a keen hockey player in the 1st XI team, Flo began her Hutchie adventures at Kingarth Street in 1914 - just two years after the School opened its doors.
S6 prefects, Sophie Highet, Chloe Mathers and Abigail Harrowell, joined family and friends at Antonine Care Home in Bearsden to present a bouquet of flowers on behalf of the School.
Depute Rector for Alumni and Development, Mr McDougall presented the birthday girl with a telegram from the Queen.
Everyone enjoyed listening to her fond memories, including the time she owned up to smashing a window after playing "winkers" to the Headmaster, Mr McVicar - who admired her bravery for owning up.
Happy Birthday Flo!
