We welcome visitors to the School throughout the year, but our annual Open Mornings, offer an unparalleled opportunity for personal insight into the whole school.
Our 2017 Open Mornings have now taken place.
If you missed our Primary Open Day and would still like to see the School, we are holding an Open Session on November 23rd, 2017 between 9:30am – 11:30am.
For more information please contact Aileen Burns on 0141 433 4402.
If you would like to book an individual tour of the Secondary School at a time that suits, Mrs Burns would be happy to arrange this for you.
What to expect on Open Mornings
Visitors are taken on an informal and informative guided tour of the School Buildings, with ample opportunity to talk to current pupils, S6 Prefects, Subject and Class teachers and members of our senior management team. Staff are on hand to discuss all aspects of the admissions process, including fees and bursaries. Advice is offered on transitional stages, including P1 and S1 entry and examples of our academic and co-curricular standards, help to illustrate the Hutchesons’ advantage.
Discover 350 years of excellence
Hutchesons', a thriving Glasgow institution, is now a dynamic place of tremendous vitality and diversity welcoming intelligent children from all backgrounds. Experienced teachers deliver high standards at every level. Excellence begins at primary where a natural desire to learn is carefully nurtured and continues at secondary where, year upon year, results are among the best in the country.
