1957 Group : Uniform Sale

It's time again for our annual Uniform Sale and your opportunity to buy and sell excellent quality uniform at very reasonable prices.

The current Sports Kit can be used only until the end of June 2011 and will therefore be priced accordingly.

Selling Uniform

We welcome all regulation uniform items, with the exception of school shirts, shoes and bags.  Please ensure uniform is clean and in good condition. Uniform may be sold with half the proceeds being returned to the vendor or alternatively it may be entirely donated to the 1957 Group.

Please bring uniform for sale into school on Friday 11 June at the following times:

  • during the morning at either school office
  • between 5.00 - 7.30 pm at Beaton Road 

(Unfortunately no uniform can be accepted after 7.30pm on Friday 11 June.)

All unsold items or cash for items sold MUST BE COLLECTED BETWEEN 11.00 AND 12.00 NOON on Saturday 12 June.  Please enclose a SAE for the return of any money due to you if you are unable to attend on Saturday.

ANY UNCOLLECTED ITEMS AFTER THIS TIME WILL BE DISPOSED OF AT THE DISCRETION OF THE 1957 GROUP

Labelling Garments for Sale

If you wish sell your uniform each item MUST be labelled with a card (not paper) attached using a safety pin.  Track suit tops and bottoms  must be labelled separately.

  1. Donated items do not need to be labelled.
  2. Any unsold items that you wish returned should be clearly marked on the label as returnable.
  3. Please complete the attached form, ensure you include all items and check the garment label corresponds with the relevant number on your list. (UNIFORM CAN NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR SALE WITHOUT THIS FORM)
  4. Please do not price items.
  5. Please keep a copy of the completed form and bring it with you when you come back at the end of the sale. Extra forms are available from school offices and on the school website.
