Based on L Frank Baum's best-selling story, 'The Wonderful Wizard of Oz', this musical version is a fantasy for today - mysterious, opulent and fanciful - a dream conjured up by a space-age child of Dorothy's adventures in the Land of Oz with Scarecrow, Tin Man, Lion and of course the evil witch!
The original 1975 Broadway production won seven Tony Awards, including Best Musical. Set to music by Charlie Smalls in a dazzling, lively mixture of rock, gospel and soul, this promises to be a night to remember.
