Going for Gold

We did it! Many of you joined our exciting sports campaign and helped us build a new sports facility - The Alix Jamieson Stadium - which will inspire the dreams of future sporting champions.

The Alix Jamieson Stadium at Hutchesons'Sport is important to us at Hutchesons' and every week hundreds of pupils take part in inter-school matches with many competing at national and international level, representing Scotland in hockey, rugby, cross country and athletics.

Construction was completed in Autumn 2009 and pupils are now using the floodlit all-weather Hockey pitch and Athletics track.

Every donor will be recognised by having their name, or that of their child, children or family member, inscribed on the Track of Honour which is to be prominently situated adjacent to the new stadium.
