The 1641 Society: A Legacy for the Future

Hutchesons' Grammar School has produced a wealth of distinguished men and women who have made a considerable contribution to our society in many different walks of life.

One way of helping us ensure that we can continue the legacy left by the Hutcheson brothers is to leave a legacy of your own.

By including a bequest to Hutchesons' in your will, you will be helping to safeguard the long-term future of Hutchesons' Grammar School. Whether you wish to endow a Bursary, provide funds for capital or revenue projects, bestow an asset, or gift your stocks and shares, your bequest will be honoured and you will create a lasting legacy which will be benefit future generations of Hutchesonians.

Everyone who leaves a bequest to the School is invited to become a member of the 1641 Society, an informal group of like-minded individuals who meet once a year at the 1641 Society Lunch.

If you would like to join the Society or would like further information on how to make a bequest, please contact Catherine Gillen, Director of Development at Hutchesons':
