Full Marks for Hutchesons’ as S6 pupils top the Modern Studies results list
The school is delighted to share the news that two Hutchesons’ pupils have become the highest achieving candidates in the Higher Modern Studies exam this year.
Saqib Ali and Sarah Burns of S6 (above) were presented with awards in recognition of their achievement on Saturday the 5th November. Both pupils gained an incredible 100% in the exam, which is taken by around 8000 pupils nationally.
The awards were presented by the Modern Studies Educational Trust at the University of Stirling. The Principal Assessor for Modern Studies congratulated Sarah and Saqib on a remarkable achievement.
