Hutchesons' Pupils selected for UK School Games in September

Six pupils from Hutchesons' have been invited to take part in the UK School Games in Cardiff from 3-6 September.

Matthew KerrMatthew Kerr [S5] has been selected for the Scottish Athletics team and Heather Lang [S5], Kirsten McIntosh [S5], Katie Gardner [S6], Amy Liu [S6] and Robyn Collins [S4] have been selected for the Scottish Girls Hockey Team.

At the Scottish Schools Championships in June, Matthew took Gold in Triple Jump, Silver in High Jump and Bronze in Long Jump. Katie Gardner and Amy Liu are in the Scotland U18 Women's squad, along with 2009 leavers Nicola Lowrey, Fiona Bruce and Rachel Malcolm.

Emma Hunter, Heather Lang and Kirsten McIntosh are in the Scotland U16 Women's squad.
