Staff Pedal for Scotland
Three members of staff pedalled for Scotland in September, cycling from Glasgow to Edinburgh. Primary teachers Gareth West and Dawn Waugh, plus PE teacher Graham Dunlop, joined former PE teacher Donnie MacBride to cycle the 51 miles to Edinburgh in glorious sunshine.
Part of a 7,500 strong group of cyclists raising money for a variety of charities, the Hutchesons' staff raised £630 for Maggies Cancer Care Centres, £465 of which was from their fellow staff members at Hutchesons'. They also met up with former primary teacher Annabel Struthers and Former Pupil Faisal Ashraf (C2000).
