Bags of Rags for Cash
Primary pupils hauled in bags of rags for their textile recycling day on 20 May. As a member of the 'Rag Bag' Textile Recycling Scheme, Hutchesons' is helping raise awareness about Textile Recycling in the UK.

A-Head of Fashion
Primary pupils modelled their home-fashioned hats on 5 March for an EcoSchool show. Pupils designed their hats using recycled materials.

Pupils hope for Great Oaks from Small Saplings
The Conservation Area team, lead by Euan Greer in S6, has planted three oak tree saplings and a Buddleia.

Eco Schools Group at Hutchesons' Wins Silver Award
Primary pupils have gained the Silver Award from Eco Schools Scotland in recognition of the progress the school is making towards the Green Flag, the top Eco Schools award. Secondary pupils have gained the Bronze Award.
