Teacher Cycles from Glasgow to Turin - for Cystic Fibrosis
Hutchesons' Grammar teacher Donald Paton didn't spend any of his Summer holiday in the check-in queue. Instead he cycled from Glasgow to Turin, Italy, to raise funds for The Cystic Fibrosis Trust.

Hutchesons Celebrates National Biodiversity Week in its own Grounds

Young Enterprise Business Wins 1st Prize
Trading under the name ‘Acid Cherry’, a group of S6 pupils from Hutchesons’ Grammar School won the Young Enterprise Prize at the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall on 15 December, out of dozens of business teams fielded from 35 different schools.

We Will Rock You
And the pupils certainly did rock the capacity audiences during their five-night run. The Hutchesons’ production, which is only the second in Scotland, involved well over 100 pupils, on stage, in the band or behind the scenes.

A Primary 7 pupil from Hutchesons’ won the prestigious Hugh S Roberton Memorial Trophy for the best performer under the age of 14 at the recent Glasgow Music Festival.
