Two former pupils of Hutchesons', Iain Stewart (C1990) and Anas Sarwar (C2001), gained seats as new MPs in the General Election of Thursday 6 May.

Nicola Sturgeon Visits Hutchesons
For the last few years, Nicola Sturgeon has been a regular visitor to Hutchesons’, where she is an enthusiastic participant in the S6 ‘Question Time’ and also meets with S3 Modern Studies pupils.
