Five Pupils in UK Schools Games
Five S6 pupils from Hutchesons' took part in the recent UK Schools Games which took place in and around Newcastle. Four of our pupils played in the Girls Hockey Squad and one represented the Scottish Schools Athletics team. All came home with bronze medal

Runners Help Alleviate Poverty
Two members of the J8 group at Hutchesons' ran the Glasgow Ladies 10k in May to raise funds to invest with Kiva, an online microfinancing platform whose mission is to connect people through lending to help alleviate poverty.
