Sending a Smile to India
Primary pupils at Kingarth Street have been supporting the Blue Peter Send a Smile appeal. They have collected and decorated more than 50 t-shirts and adapted them into medical gowns.

Hutchesons' Receives EU Funding for International Partnership
Hutchesons' Grammar School has recently received funding by the EU to support a two-year Comenius Partnership between Hutchesons' and schools in Germany and Poland.

Jim McColl inspires S6 Pupils at Lord McGowan Memorial Lecture
S6 pupils, staff and guests were treated to an inspirational address on 20 November by Jim McColl, Chairman & Chief Executive of Clyde Blowers.

A Runaway Success
Hutchesons' runners brought home four gold medals from the recent Scottish Schools Road Relay Championships in Grangemouth. The Senior Boys, S1 Boys, S1 Girls and P7 Girls teams all came in first place.

Chef John Quigley from Glasgow's Red Onion restaurant visited Kingarth Street just before Halloween and showed P3 pupils how to make pumpkin soup.
