International trip provides creative rewards for talented young visitor to Hutchesons'
Although the school’s two year Comenius project came to an end in June 2011, we are continuing to maintain links with Hans-Sachs-Gymnasium in Nurnberg. Florian Trawny, a talented sixth year pupil was invited to spend a week at Hutchesons'.

Our Turn: S3 pupils take part in Leadership Programme
Six S3 pupils took part in the 'Your Turn' Programme organised by Common Purpose last session. Having participated in sessions throughout the year with other schools, they met for the final time at Kelvingrove Art Gallery in May.

Introduction to Curling for P7
The Russian Curling team came off the ice at Braehead Arena in January to be followed by ... Primary 7 pupils from Hutchesons'! The whole year group was taken to Braehead to sample the ancient sport.

Hockey Down Under

Art out of School
Three pupils at Hutchesons' gained places on an art course which takes place at Castle Toward every summer, spending a week focusing on a range of disciplines and approaches to design and fine art.

The Sky's the Limit
