Pupils joined volunteers from the British Heart Foundation to learn all about the Heartstart Scheme on Tuesday.
Eleven volunteers came along to show pupils how to perform simple procedures that increase a casualty's chance of survival during an emergency.
The group learned how to place someone into the recovery position, perform CPR, handle choking and treat severe bleeding.
To round off the day, the pupils received a Heartstart Instructor Certificate, allowing them to pass on the skills they had learned to the wider School community.
Very well done to everyone involved. the volunteers have taught pupils important skills that may one day save someone's life.
