Five S6 pupils received their Mark Scott Leadership for Life Award at a ceremony last week.
The programme, which brings together over 200 S6 pupils from 77 schools across the Central Belt of Scotland, was established in 1998 in memory of Mark Scott, the 16-year-old Glasgow schoolboy, who was murdered in 1995 in a sectarian attack.
The pupils - Amy Adams, Atishay Sinha, Natasha Khan, Catriona Bruce and Sreya Maddineni - received their awards alongside pupils from Holyrood Secondary at the Radisson Hotel on April 25th.
Mark's mother and the head of the Outward Bound Trust, Judith Scott, presented the awards and comedian Fred MacAulay was the host for the night.
The S6 year tutor team was also present to support the pupils in this final stage of the award scheme. Everyone was undoubtedly proud of the effects their projects have had on the local community.
Following the awards ceremony the participants enjoyed a ceilidh - the Hutchie pupils has a blast, bonding with their partners from Holyrood Secondary.
