Higher photography students recently took part in a workshop with portrait photographer, Arpita Shah at the Street Level Photoworks.
The group enjoyed a day out in Glasgow, learning more about Arpita, who often deals with themes of cultural identity and tradition.
Arpita began the day by speaking about her work and gave a brief tutorial on camera settings, studio lighting and portrait photography. Everyone then had the opportunity to take photographs inside the gallery space.
The pupils had a fantastic time learning how to use the studio equipment and thanks to Arpita for delivering such an interesting workshop.
