As the 2016 winners of the West of Scotland Rotary Quiz, it was the turn of the Junior School to host the annual event.
Nine teams from across Glasgow came along to compete for the coveted silver salver at Kingarth Street on March 14.
Last year, the Hutchesons’ pupils won the Primary Schools Quiz which took place at Pollokshaws Burgh Hall, with teams travelling from as far afield as Campbeltown and Stranraer to compete.
Ten rounds were played, with questions on subjects ranging from Glasgow to identification of logos.
The Hutchesons' team was not victorious this year, but participated with great enthusiasm and hosted a fun event for the other schools.
Organisers thanked all who came along to the event with everyone learning something new.
