Pupils and staff went back in time as part of their World War II topic, transforming the top floor of Kingarth Street for a VE experience day.
Pupils enjoyed a variety of workshops including wartime cookery, make do and mend craftwork, naval periscope construction and blackout flashlight building.
The maths department got involved with an enigma-style code-cracking challenge, with even the most logical thinking trying to work out the secrets.
Art offered a medal making workshop and an end of unit quiz, allowing pupils to show off all that they have learned during the term.
To round off the day, the entire year group met for a sing-song and wartime street party that stretched the length of the corridor.
Thanks to all our pupils who worked very hard to make this a day to go down in Kingarth Street history!
