We are delighted to invite you to our first Hutchie Ball on Saturday 16th March at the Grand Central Hotel in Glasgow.

This black tie event promises to be a fantastic evening with welcome drink, three course meal, live music, auction and much more. A table of 10 costs £750 so why not get a few friends together and reserve a full or half table. All money raised will go towards the bursary project set up in memory of former Depute Rector Sandy Strang.

Help raise funds for the Sandy Strang Bursary Project

The school has ambitious plans to extend our bursary provision to ensure even more children can access a Hutchesons’ education.

With your support we believe these ambitious plans can be achieved. Sandy, a bursary pupil himself, felt very strongly that pupils, who couldn’t otherwise afford to attend the school, should be given a bursary. Currently, the school offers financial assistance to one in seven pupils.

A single bursary in perpetuity requires an investment of £400,000 so we would be delighted if you could help us achieve this target over the coming years.

The venue can hold a maximum of 30 tables – several of which were reserved within 24 hours of our Hutchie Ball announcement.

You can register for tickets by completing the form below or for more details please contact Louise Duncan in the Development Office.
