Lunchtime talk: Architecture

Professor Chris Platt from The Mackintosh School of Architecture and studioKAP Architects gave a short talk to pupils about what a career in architecture entails.

Pupils learned about the importance of drawing, problem-solving and developing your communication skills.

He also shared some of the other career directions available to those who have a degree in Architecture which include: the construction industry, business, engineering, urban design, culture and heritage and research based practice.
