Speed Friendshipping

S4 pupils had a wonderful pastoral assembly, hosting a ‘Speed Friendshipping’ event this week.

For 90 seconds each round, the year group chatted in randomly allocated pairs before moving onto their next pairing. With conversations starters such as ‘Dogs or cats?’, ‘What would be your superpower and why?’ and ‘Who inspires you?’, there was much lively debate!

Organised by the S4 year tutor team, the pupil focus group had requested opportunities to help pupils break out of their comfort zone and to encourage wider connections, so this morning certainly challenged the year group to do just that.

The event was a great success with everyone learning fun facts about their fellow pupils.
