S3 pupils have been learning about social enterprises this term and this month, they visited Social Bite in Glasgow City Centre.
Social Bite has the aim of helping the homeless and pupils had the option to purchase a small snack and put some money in the ‘pay forward’ jar.
This contribution will be used by homeless people later in the day to purchase a hot meal.
The group learned a lot from the experience and thanked the team at Social Bite for allowing them to spend the day with them.
