Economics London Trip

Economics and Business pupils enjoyed a trip to London in October to learn all about different companies and how they run.

18 pupils and 3 staff enjoyed a packed itinerary during the October break, visiting the Bank of England and the Museum of Brands.

The highlight of the trip was the Business Tour at Chelsea Football Club where the entertaining guide led us through the various aspects of the club’s spending and income, and highlighted the importance of sponsorship to the club.

In the evening we went to Leicester Square and also had an enjoyable evening at a performance of “Mama Mia”, where many of the group were seen dancing in the aisles at the end.

It was a very tired but happy group of pupils that arrived back at Central Station on the Wednesday evening, having learned lots on their trip.
