Primary Ski Success

Our primary pupils skied straight to a podium finish putting in a fantastic performance at a Glasgow schools ski competition at Bellahouston last week.

Our first ever P1-P4 team skied very steadily throughout the round-robin tournament and were amazed and delighted to finish in first place. Very well done to Leo, Sam, Emily and Yousuf.?

The P5-7 teams’ races took place afterwards  and our three teams competed fiercely. Unfortunately, one team didn’t make it out of their pool to meet in the semi finals but our other two teams did. Of those, one team finished in fourth place and our Hutchie Racers raced into Silver! Very well done to Michael, Struan, Logan and Murray.

Both of our medal-winning teams have qualified for the Scottish Schools Ski Association races at Soar at Intu later on in October.
