Congratulations to S6 pupil Jillian, who received a CREST Gold Award for her project, The Effect of P13k inhibition of dendritic cell function.

Jillian completed her project at the University of Strathclyde during the summer as a Nuffield Research Placement. She received excellent feedback from the University, Nuffield and CREST. Her CREST assessor commented that her report was very professional and that her Scientific poster was better than many University equivalents.

CREST is the British Science Association’s scheme for STEM project work that inspires young people to think and behave like scientists and engineers.
