Clubs and Activities Fair 2019

Senior pupils enjoyed a fun afternoon at Beaton Road recently at the annual Clubs and Activities Fair.

The lunchtime event allows pupils the opportunity to explore all of the clubs and societies Hutchie has to offer.

All pupils are encouraged to pursue co-curricular interests to develop their skills and to learn from new experiences.

From sport, the performing arts, community support groups and involvement in a variety of activities, the clubs list is vast and varied with clubs including Young Enterprise, Bridge, Photography, Film, Eco Schools, the school magazine The Hutchesonian and charity fundraising.

This year, stalls included Music Ensembles, Linguistics Club, Chemistry Club, Physics Club, Debating Club, Scalectrix Club, Unity Games Club, Book Group, Build It Club, Chess, the LGBT Cafe, Python Programming Club, MineCraft Club, Maths Mentoring Club, Dance Club, Photography Club, Myths and Legends Club, the Allotment Group, Eco Schools Group, Amnesty International and the Film Unit.

Very well done to all of those involved in making the afternoon such a great success!
