A much-loved tradition and one of the standout experiences of the Primary 7 year, the residential trip marks an important milestone as pupils prepare for the transition to Secondary School.
After an exciting coach journey, pupils wasted no time and eagerly explored the range of outdoor activities on offer. From climbing Catbells and enjoying spectacular views, to bushcraft, raft building and rock climbing, everyone embraced the adventure from day one.
The excitement continued throughout the week with gorge walking, kayaking, canoeing and further climbing and raft building, as well as plenty of team challenges. Pupils also enjoyed treetop adventures, archery and an evening football match before heading home.
The trip was packed with fun, friendship and unforgettable memories. It was wonderful to see our P7s step out of their comfort zones, grow in confidence and independence, and make the most of every opportunity as they enjoyed this special part of their final year in Primary School.
