Primary Ski Success at Glenshee

After qualifying at the Regional races in Glencoe, five Kingarth Street pupils travelled to Glenshee to meet the nineteen successful teams that had qualified from the other regional races held around Scotland.

The snow was perfect, the wind was light and the sun shone. Each of the 125 children had two timed runs on the course and we could ‘free ski’ before and after.

It was a great day and Hutchie now have two of Scotland’s top ten skiers!

Struan (P7) was 9th and Murray (P7) was 4th, missing out on bronze by just 0.06 seconds. He was proud to be crowned the 4th fastest in the whole of Scotland at P7 level on the day.
