Senior Show – Frozen

Senior pupils triumphed on stage with a four-night, near sold-out run of Disney’s Frozen.

Bringing the beloved story to life, the cast dazzled audiences with exceptional performances, combining stunning choreography, powerful vocals, and outstanding acting. Each evening showcased the talent, energy, and dedication of our pupils.

The production was further elevated by an impressive live orchestra of pupils, supported by professional musicians and teachers, while spectacular pyrotechnics and the hard work of our stage crew helped create an unforgettable theatrical experience.

A huge thank you to our staff members who facilitated the production: Lizzie Ward (Director), Ronan Corkey (Musical Director), Lisa Queen (Producer and Stage Manager), and Tim Rhodes (Director of Performing Arts), whose hard work and commitment over the past several months brought this show to the stage.

Mr Rhodes commented:

“Congratulations to all those involved in Frozen. A double cast, stage crew, sound and lighting technicians, and 37 members of the pit orchestra performed over four nights to around 1,000 people. It was a huge success, and each night finished with a standing ovation. Thanks must go to all the staff who contributed to the success of this show, from behind the scenes and front of house to those playing in the orchestra. It was a triumph and was enjoyed by all.”

Special thanks also go to Tall Poppy Events, Reset Scenery, Choreographer Lisa Kennedy, and Jason Sweeny and Caldervale High School for lending the beloved Olaf to our production.
