Hutchesons’ parents have access to a dedicated parent portal which will support how we communicate with you as parents and manage important information about your children.


Accurate, timely, secure personal data


Through our parent portal you have secure, 24-hour access to personalised data about your child/children via one username and password.

As we release features over the coming months you will be able access email, timetables, calendar events, sports fixtures, parents’ evenings and academic reports from one simple-to-use dashboard, on your smartphone, tablet or desktop device. Importantly, moving all personal data to a restricted user-only portal ensures that only the right people see the right information.

Signing up for access


You will only need your registered email address to create your new account. This is the email address to which school email correspondence is sent.

The sign-up process will require you to verify your email address, so you will need access to your mailbox.You will create a parental Firefly login which will provide you with access to Firefly and the new parent portal.
